Jami Amerine is a best-selling author, artist, teacher, certified art therapist, wife, mom, and friend to millions of readers. Jami has a Master’s of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin Simmons University. She holds a B.S. in Vocational Family and Consumer Science from Abilene Christian University; as well as an associate's degree in Floral Design from Trimm International Design School. Jami has numerous hours of continuing education and certifications in yoga, group aerobics, cycling, meditation, self-guided hypnotherapy, manifestation, spirituality, color therapy, art therapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Ho'oponopono

Jami lives on the island of Oahu with her husband of 31 years, Justin, and their two youngest sons. Jami and Justin have six children ranging in age from 10 to 29.
